Very sturdy and high quality construction. You have multiple options to properly attach it to your desk, depending upon your needs. Both pneumatic arms provide the user with an effortless motion that allows you to easily find the right position. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend this item to anybody who is trying to find a practical solution to improve the ergonomic position.

The pros: fast delivery, quick and easy to set up, and the monitor and keyboard really are quite flexible in terms of positioning. The cons: - the keyboard arm is not long enough to clear my (very small) desk. The keyboard cannot be positioned lower than about 4" above the desk. So working in the sitting position is not a realistic option with this gizmo. There is one picture with the keyboard and desk (at the very bottom of the posting) and I totally missed that; it might have been misinterpreted in any case. As it is, with the restocking fee and shipping it back I will have to keep it but most definitely not happy with it. - given the above, this one is pretty insignificant but here it is anyway: the keyboard tray is too small for keyboard and mouse. - Keyboard tray keeps floating down (and I'm not a keyboard-banger); the instructions may or may not show how to fix this. It's all pictures and I couldn't figure it out (my 2-year-olds were told to "use your words"! You'd think they would give a computer-user credit for understanding real words!) I contacted the company about how to stablize the keyboard tray, and have received no help from them as of this morning. In summary: I should not have ordered this without trying it out in a store first. Return options are not great, "live help" is friendly but not helpful, and it's hard to get a feel for how the product will function unless you actually get it. I would definitely not recommend it to a friend. Note that the "free return" comes with a bunch of strings attached: read that before ordering anything!
