Great toilet seat with great features. Hopefully more reliable than the 2 Brondell ones that failed on me after 1.5 and 2 years. I think this one is a rebranded Moen like I bought from Costco for a lot more. I have both. Take a look and decide for yourself. They both work identically. Only thing I don't like is the self cleaning that goes when you sit down but also when you're done. Redundant I think.

Purchased this one over 4 years ago replacing a Costco one worth far more but lasted only 1.5 years.....this was my best decision especially at the PLUS price....excellent product I highly recommend it everything works perfectly and very easy to install....just make sure your existing toilet will fit it as it does have a larger back part than others. My toilet is an all in one no separate tank which made it a very tight install...but overall it works great and still love it.....it helps reduce toilet paper consumption and as you get older it sure helps with any hygiene issues.....our bathroom is s bit cold in winter but the warm seta overcomes that issue......can't say enough about this product...one of the best purchases I have made!

It is very easy to install this product and the instructions can be understood with some reading between the lines. However, the 1/2” T valve and connection house that came with the product did not fit my plumbing and I had to get my own 3/8” T valve and a 3/8” to 1/2” hose to make the connection work. Overall good value for money.

Using this in my spare washroom which is not used regularly. The nozzle pails to come out and only works after 3-4 tries. Works well. Same product as the Moen bidet seat but at much lower cost. Installation wasn't hard but make sure the water supply hose is not cross-threaded with the supplied T-joint or else it will leak! Also make sure you have an electrical outlet close by (preferable GFI or on a GFI circuit).
