A nice, wide, practical chair. I chose this chair because it's rated for 320 pounds, but the seat, back, and armrest mounts are plastic, so I hope they don't break. I also think the foam padding on the seat and armrests will quickly wrinkle, as it's thin, so I'll give it a 4.

Excellent product, well made and comfortable. The ability to move the arms is a plus - in fact, I don't usually want arms, but these can be raised and lowered and, importantly, for me they are above the desk so do not get caught, even when in the down position. Highly recommend this chair.

Although the chair can be adjusted in height, it is meant for medium-sized people. I am 5'8". The lumbar support is too low, the armrest is too narrow, and the seat is not deep enough. I am very disappointed in my purchase.
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're sorry this chair didn't meet your expectations. This model offers pneumatic seat height adjustment and a fixed ergonomic lumbar curve designed to suit average builds, but it doesn't include adjustable lumbar height, armrest width, or seat depth — which can affect fit for taller users like yourself. We appreciate you pointing this out, as proper support and comfort matter to us. If you'd like, our customer service team would be happy to help you find a chair with more adjustable features better suited to your height.

Overall not bad at all for the price. The cushion feels fine for my weight at 180 lbs, but I can see it being uncomfortable for someone heavier. This is weird as the arms are quite far apart, and seat is quite wide, making me wonder if this chair is actually intended for big and tall people. Biggest complaint is the bolts are super low quality and get stripped easily.
Here's a professional and appreciative response you could post: Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're glad to hear you found the chair to be a good value overall and that the cushion has been comfortable for you. We appreciate your comments about the seat width and arm spacing, as well as your concerns regarding the cushion support for heavier users. We're especially sorry to hear about the issue with the bolts stripping during assembly. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll be sharing it with our product team as we work to improve both the hardware quality and overall design. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Everything was correct: the shipping was good, all the parts were included, and the assembly was easy. The only issue is the tilt/rocking function. It feels too locked most of the time, and I can rarely lean back in the chair even though I didn’t adjust or change anything.
Thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're glad the shipping, parts, and assembly all went smoothly. This chair's tilt mechanism is designed to recline within a 90°-120° range, so it shouldn't feel locked. This can sometimes happen if the tilt-tension knob or lock lever underneath the seat is engaged. Please check that the lever isn't set to the locked position, as adjusting it should let you lean back smoothly. If it's already unlocked and the issue continues, please reach out to our customer service team so we can send a replacement mechanism under your one-year warranty.

I purchased this chair to replace a more than 50 year old office chair. It's light and rolls very freely. I was surprised by the lumbar support. It felt good for my back. The head rest doesn't do much for me. so I probably should have left it off. Otherwise the chair is very comfortable and I look forward to many years of good use. Great price as well!
